Good morning family and friends! I am enjoying breakfast and I am enjoying being single because I can eat pancakes again and hot tea instead of coffee! I can eat pancakes ALL the time! No worry about preparing a menu, I awake and grab lucky charms from the cupboard and pour it in a bowl with no milk and eat two bowls of cereal! With toast of course! I love toast! My favorite syrup is Dark Karo, umm umm umm. I put a lot of peanut butter on my pancakes and I savor the sweetness! My daughters monitor my diet so I am going to be smart and stop talking about what I eat and the quantity! :) Considering facebook is a giveaway! I am heading out for a walk for an hour! I refuse to run today! The Dike I ran up and down on had a steep incline! Very challenging! Going up it almost made me want to quit! The decline was relieving on my thighs. As I felt like giving up I thought of my life and how many times my Valleys were beyond my strength and as I prayed to Wakan Tanka to strengthen me for just another moment, He strengthened me for the years to follow and I never knew this until now. He answered way better then what I was ever able to conceive of! My thoughts and ideas are nothing compared to Wakan Tanka who not only answers the immediate need but the future as well! Lately He has answered prayer spontaneously when I am used to waiting for years! Yeah, He took a long time to answer a prayer but in the end the waiting was the best answer in the long run. Had He answered prayer back then, I wouldnt have enjoyed and appreciated family and friends as I do now. I would have no knowledge of the spiritual convictions and the awakening of the consciousness. So I am honored to testify to the moments when it was not what I wanted but what He knew I needed in the long run! I am headed out for a long walk to think in silence and be grateful for my moment to reflect and share with you how my half Century brought me amazing insight into my life a HUNKPAPA LAKOTA WINYAN!
