Good morning family and friends: This is day -18- at Harper Hospital. Here is George kaoud AKA (GK) daily report and condition- Saturday: March 15 1. Body Movement : rated #4 2. Comma: still in vegetation stage 3. Breathing percentage: 100 % breathing on his own. But every other day we put him on ventilator for up to12 hours, so his lungs strengthen. 4. Blood pressure: 112/61 5. Over all progress: after the 18 day, Georges eyes are moving a lot better then any other day. He looks well rested and ready for more improvement today. Still a long road to recovery left. Today we plan on sitting him in a chair to get his body to remember some of the old things he used to do prior to his injury. He gets frustrated because we keep pushing him to do more things, but thats normal for patience. The hospital is starting therapy on him on Monday. Georgie is doing great, next week we plan on getting even better results. We are cautiously optimistic that George will one day come out of his injury a champion. Keep up the good work GK!!! We are all counting on you!!! All friends and family are welcome to visit George today preferably after 2:pm. Thanks again for all the support....
