Good morning father God. God who causes the sun to rise and who placed the stars. Thank you for this day. Thank you for grace and mercy. Today Lord as we begin a new school year. Give our educators new strength and new vision. Help them to be bold in their witness. To be strong in their faith. Open the ears of our children to hear. Open their eyes to see. Lord we pray against anything or anyone who would set out to do harm to any of these. Keep them safe as they go about their day. We pray a hedge of protection over all campuses to keep them safe. Lord be their protection. Forgive us Lord today as we also forgive others. In Jesus name
