Good morning fb friends. It is Sunday morning and as the sun peaks its head up, we are getting ready for a new day. Today is a free day for us, but we will be getting ready for the mares from Joplin to come in tomorrow. Stalls need to be cleaned and hot wire tested. Yesterday, Bill took the four wheeler with the Harrow and flattened all those little horse poops from the winter out in the pasture. Horses are loosing their hair and getting ready for summer. I have some things to do in the barn and then will be getting ready for a horse lesson this afternoon with my little 4-Her. I have to find some tack that will fit this very petit litte girl. We will get some pictures as she progresses. I am thinking about some of those who have lost family members this a.m. and praying that God will give them strength to go on. All those beautiful girls who have traded their boots and jeans in for a prom dress are such a site. If you have not voted for our Arabian rescue mission, please do and share. Today is the last day. Also, Joplin Arabian Horse Rescue 2013 is raising funds by selling those beautiful hoodies to raise money for their rescue to help with the cost of rehoming and rescuing them. This was a case where the owner passed away and this rescue went in and helped to rehome the horses. It is a chance to help us out and get something nice to remember them with. Well, need to get out of here and start the day. So have a great day! This is the day that the Lord hath made, be happy and rejoice in it. Happy Trails! She is a very loving little girl and a great horse.
