Good morning folks On EBOLA and the precautionary measures - TopicsExpress

Good morning folks On EBOLA and the precautionary measures that have been prescribed. I went to the Lighthouse Chapel Qodesh branch and on most door posts read a notice Without Prejudice, No handshaking am i right Rev. Oko Mensah and does this mean Bishop Dag doesnt believe in prayer or doesnt have faith? Then i read a statement by the Catholic Bishops Conference educating its members and tasking the Bishops and Priests of the Catholic Church to help in the education process and even advocating that Priests minimise the handshakes during the kiss of peace at mass, (While we cannot direct our faithful not to shake hands during the Kiss of Peace at mass, we think that it is possible to minimize the shaking of hands) something i find very educative. But in my Church, Leadership puts out a statement advising that we all take precautionary measures in the use of baptisteries and laying of hands during prayer times and it is met with with hard core stiff resistance from some sections of the congregations coupled with twists from the media et al... And i ask myself what is wrong with us? What is wrong with us? If some people knew their Bibles very well you will know that Jesus didnt always lay hands. Sometimes he spoke the word. In the issue of the Roman Centurion and his sick servant, Jesus just spoke the word and capped it with a statement that never had he seen a man with such great faith. Read Luke 7 Sometimes i just wonder, I just wonder!
