Good morning folks! Yuppers, already been at it today. Today I finish the Bylaws, job descriptions, work on printer, website and domain...lots to do, but I am removing entries from the to do list! As you all know transparency is extremely important to me, so I of course am publicly sharing our expenses. Our Charter/Incorporation was filed with the State of TN. yesterday at the cost of 104.25. Below are the remaining costs that we will incur meeting State and Federal guidelines for a non-profit. Though I hate taking funds out of our account these requirements must be fulfilled. AS soon as I am finished with all that is required, we will be working on creative fundraising programs to augment our financial resources. The following is our base expenses folks... Incorporation: $100 ~ 104.25 / 501(c): $400 or $850 IRS fee Tennessee charitable registration: $50 ($0 if exempt) Of course I am hoping our cost will be only 400.00 2 things we all need to work on 1. Gathering more Patients! We need an average of almost 80 a day to meet our goal within our timeline. 2. Garner more funding! As much as I would love to fund this project myself, I cannot, unless I win the lotto and then its a done deal..lol We are currently at 11,791 members!!! This is amazing in such a short time! I KNOW we can do what needs to get done! You have already proven that by what we have accomplished thus far! I KNOW many of our supporting members are also Patients that have not submitted their info for whatever reasons. Remember you can be ANONYMOUS! PLEASE, if you have not submitted your info for the Wall, PLEASE do so! We NEED YOU! Please give a warm welcome to all new members and Patients! Please keep sharing the project and collecting Patient info. This is how we grow and become stronger! Sure do miss hanging out with everyone :(, but I have to get to it!
