Good morning, friends. I want to share with you something I believe is very paramount in Gods heart at this time... and which is very important to our walk if we must fulfill Gods purpose for saving us and for setting us apart from the world. Even if you deem it too long a post, I want to implore you to please read to the end... and do not rush it either. You could go and come back to it when you are less busy; but please read it through. It will be worth your time. It is not news again that the whole world lies in darkness and that the level of decadence in the world is overwhelming. It has been so from the fall of man and that was one reason God once wiped off the world safe for Noah and his family. There is nothing new under the sun. There is nothing you want to tell God about anyone that God has not seen before. There is no level of wickedness and evil anyone perpetrates that will amaze God or catch Him unawares. There is nothing new under the sun; even if you are seeing or witnessing it for the first time. So, friends, the world is corrupt and the heart of man is desperately wicked... and God is aware of all these. And God saw the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually... - Gen.6:5 Friends, there is nothing anyone does, no matter the depth of evil or wickedness it is, that is new. Settle that in your mind first... in your own interest... so that you will not develop a heart attack. Husband killing wife, wife poisoning husband, pastor sleeping with church members, divorce in the house of God, brother killing brother, father raping daughter, child killing parent, whatever! Nothing is new....and it will not stop....and you will still see and hear many amazing things. What have you seen yet? So, just relax and settle this in your mind once and for all. Let nothing catch you by surprise anymore. That done with, let me go ahead to the crux of this message. God did not save you and I for fun. He did not call us out of the darkness, wickedness and evil of the world for fun. He did not set us apart for fun. He meant serious business when He saved us. He saved us for work... real work. We are saved to carry out great responsibilities. Our salvation is not so we can just enjoy and play around; we are saved to work with Him. We are saved to join Him in saving others. A huge responsibility is upon as many of us that are genuinely saved. We are not call to debate about how terrible the world has become. His purpose for separating us from the world is not so that we can point out to Him the depravation and decadence all around. He did not call us out of it so that we will carry out researches and give Him accurate data and details of how terrible the world He made is. He did not call us to make speeches and set up round-tables to discuss it. There is nothing we want to say that He does not already know. He knows it all. If anyone does not know something here, it is not God...it is you and I. We do not yet know why we were saved; and that is why we abuse our salvation. We are only aware of what He saved us from; we do not yet have a full glimpse of what He saved us for: Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost its savour, wherewith shall it be salted? It is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men. Ye are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hid. Neither do men lit a candle and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; AND IT GIVETH LIGHT UNTO ALL THAT ARE IN THE HOUSE. Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. - Matt.5:13-16 (Emphasis mine) Beloved, if I end this message here and now, I am done with my assignment here, for that is all. You and I were saved so we could give light to this dark world... not to talk about how terrible and blinding the darkness is. Quit talking about it and debating it. Quit pointing accusing fingers to others and blaming them for being terrible. Start shining your own light. If all of us...the few of us saved so far will just quit blaming the devil, God and everyone and just start shining our little candles in our little corners, the world will be a better place. Talking about it has actually changed nothing ...and never will it. It is only a way of telling others that, we are lights and are different from those perpetrators of evil... but you see, light dont have to call attention to itself by talking about how evil darkness is ..it just simply shines and everybody sees that it is actually light. When light comes, darkness disappears. So if the world around you is growing darker, it is because you are not shining your light... and as a result, you are not different from that which constitutes darkness. Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost its savour, wherewith shall it be salted? It is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men....
