Good morning friends! Im sharing an example of a PiYo Flow sequence with you! Youve all probably caught on by now, that I LOVE this type of workout. If youve done Yoga or Pilates before, if youve NEVER done Yoga or Pilates before, give this a try ! Why can including a little PiYo in your life, help you? * This exercise program was developed to incorporate two highly popular workouts (Yoga and Pilates), along with some cardio * The creator (Chalene Johnson) wanted to make sure it was a program anyone could do, even if they had joint issues or couldnt afford expensive weights or other equipment * No jumping or holding awkward poses for long periods of time * DVD workouts are detailed so youll learn how to achieve form first so you can get more out of your workout * In addition to burning fat, youll become more flexible, stronger, and add definition to your body * Convenience of using your own body weight rather than machines or free weights, and it can be done in your own home, or if you travel a lot *** I will be announcing my January PiYo Challenge Support Group start date, on Sunday night *** If interested in more details on this program, comment below or message me!
