Good morning friends, Not sure if you are hearing this housing bubble rumor thats going around or not so I just wanted to put it to rest if you have. What is actually happening is interest rates are increasing, up to 4.5% and housing prices are increasing slightly in most areas. In our area about 2.34%. The inventory of homes is low so this is causing a wave of home buyers having to compete to buy some homes. What I would suggest is, now is a good time to list your home if you were thinking of selling and if you are thinking of buying, its still a good time to buy now before interest rates and homes continue to increase.
