Good morning friends and welcome to Sunday. You all know just how important this day is to me i get to go to Sunday morning worship at Kings Church Eastbourne. A place that i feel so alive and fulfilled in one of the most positive places that i know. Whatever your plans are for today enjoy a wonderful day have some fun and be happy. Sunday i find is a time for reflection to look back over the last week and see where i am on the journey through life. most of my week has been spent on a positive note i have had some Negative times but but was able to deal with them before they took control of my life again. My biggest worry now is how to fill the emptiness that i find creeps into my days as i move away from the depression that has been controlling my life for the past few years. For my friends who still suffer from depression i am not sure that you can ever beat the illness but you can control it. It takes a lot of effort at the start but the fight is well worth it in the end Lord bless my family and friends today send you wisdom to guide us your love to overwhelm us and your peace to be around us
