Good morning from Jaylee Bean!!! Shes doing a pretty good job of trying to go from laying down to sitting up. She leans to one side and uses one arm to push up off of. Of course she cant sit up yet, but she sure is working on it. Same goes for pulling up. This morning she tried pulling up on her other play gym toy (not in these pics...of course didnt have my camera). Shes working hard everyday! Way to go Jaylee Bean. Later this month shell get her 2nd dose of the flu vaccine, then she has her apt with the NICU Speciality Clinic as well. At that apt she should be getting her Synagis shot to help prevent/protect her from RSV. There are some new guidelines to get the Synagis shot this year, but she falls in 2 categories. #1 she was born at 25.5wks (to get the shot babies have to be born BEFORE 29.0wks) and #2 she has BPD (Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia) which means she was still on oxygen therapy past a certain gestational age, which I believe was 36wks. Jaylee is such a blessing ♡ Hope everyone has a great week end (and hope everyones football teams win!!)
