Good morning guys! I was contemplating whether to come out this issue in an open or not for I know it will gonna reap different reactions..negative and positive. But Im sorry Im not the Less talk, Less Mistake kind of person..I say what I want..I fight for what I believe is right! There is a trending system now here in Bulacan regarding Events..started it once nagkaroon ng Part 2 at dahil naging successful nasundan na ng nasundan and worst even a private entity na gusto magpa event ginagawa na rin. Tama po ba na kukunin kaming Instructor sa mga event at bibigyan kami ng 20 to 25 tickets and we are obligated to sell it dahil don daw manggagaling ang TF namin? And worst of it may papapirmahan pa sa aming waiver some sort of contract that we agreed into it. Nung una I took it as marketing strategy sa side ng organizer kaya medyo wow ang dating sa akin because they really drew a big crowd because of it and they earned a lot! Pero nung nasundan ng nasundan with the same format and strategy bigla ako nanliit at naawa sa sarili ko...ganito ba? I need to sell all of these tickets pr magkaroon ng TF sa presentation ko? Im doing this not just for myself but to all the Fitness Instructors here in Bulacan na walang lakas ng loob tumutol kahit labag na sa loob nila because we cant definitely say NO to clients but please tao po kami..wag nyo naman po kami gawing kawawa at gawing timawa (excuse the term) sa 1000 na TF namin.. nagkakagulo kaming mga Instructors sa entrance, nag uunahan na makaharang ng tao pr makabenta. Pwede kaming tumulong magbenta ng ticket and bring all our clients in your events but not obliged..and I feel we should have fixed rate other than tickets commission. I salute those organizers na marunong magpahalaga at trumato ng tama sa mga Fitness Instructors. On my part I would rather give love and share my talent for FREE wag nyo lang kaming gawing kawawa at ka tawatawa!
