Good morning guys heres todays flow which is very very simple: INNER THIGHS AND BACK stretch (Excuse me for not posting last night as scheduled) Very self explanatory which is why @mankofit_challenge and I did not provide a description. Make sure you hold each pose for 5 breaths (30s to 1 min) and that you repeat 3-5 times per side. Hows everyone feeling? _________________________________ Buenos días mi gente linda!
