Good morning, had a blessed week-end, went to Mule Day in Calvery Ga. Set up with Mrs. Gandy in booth 24, she sold 350 pounds of pecans by the pound and scooped every pound with a quart jar, two jars make a pounds, she said. She also had freshed backed cakes and goodies, along with a few nic nacs and little jewelry that she sold. She gave me a set of tea oiland I can fill with oil, I said, they will be perfect for me and my little Brynlea Ann. I sold a few antique sings and about 100 kids made their own signs with finger paint, washable markers. It was so great, most parents paid a $1.00 for each childs sign they made, some gave $2.00, some children had no funds, so I asked them to make one anyway and they did. It was an awesome day, and the two groups beside us, were awesome too, one had concrete figures of animals and they were so kool, the other two guys next two us, they had old, old tools and stuff, Laren loanded me a lantern so I could set up Friday night and I stayed up making the place look good until I was worn out, Oh, I also had a few items from Kingfish Korners, coke cola stuff, fish, old coke boxes, sold a few of them. ! We had a blast, met people from all over and the best part was sharing time with kids from everywhere, and of course, Mrs. Gandy made everyones day with her peanut butter cookies, her fresh apple cake and her sweetness. GOD IS GREAT !!!
