We can assist with the start of a project or step in the midst of an existing project to provide a successful turnaround of a failing project. On initiation we will execute an evaluation of the project, goals, deliverables, deadlines and budget and create a project plan that must be approved by key personnel. During this period we will evaluate the need for key resources as well as identify any risks that may be involved.
