Good morning, many customers have been asking about our shop and current developments. Due to our farmers market schedule, weve been unable to keep store hours. You can find us this September at: The St Charles Farmers Market on Fridays from 7-1 The Sugar Grove Farmers Market on Saturdays from 8-12 noon And.... The Geneva French Market on Sundays from 8-2. Additionally...... The Wine Exchange in downtown St Charles features our cheese. I keep a small but very wine friendly inventory of cheeses here. It represents our most popular artisan cheeses including French Triple Cream, Manchego, Cheddars and blues. They are open daily Wed - Saturday. About our shop...... I will reopen the shop as the outdoor markets close. Gracious Hall has ceased its operations. I am looking forward to Fresh Ground Coffee roasting company moving into the space. I love this coffee and enjoyed working with them over the past couple years. Saturdays at the shop will continue to be a big focal for my market. In addition to cheese, eggs and dairy, we will continue to develop our fresh, smoked and cured fish business. You can also look forward to other yummy artisan food products. More to come on that soon. For now, if you want to preorder fish, message me here on FB. I place my fresh fish order each Wed and its delivered Thursdays so its ready for the weekend. I have access to specialty items. Already customers have ordered conch and caviar as special pre orders. So I look forward to serving you in this respect too. See you around the markets!
