Good morning my Cocos Crew people! Here is the very first video for Yoga Mondays! My hope is that you TRY and eventually accept that you, YES YOU, can develop a yoga practice that is all your own. The only rule is to breathe. Our first pose is Childs Pose (Balasana). You should hold the pose for 3-5 breaths (inhale & exhale) in the center first, then moving to the left side for 3-5 breaths, return to center, and then the right for 3-5 breaths.
