Good morning, my friends. Sorry to be so quiet over the weekend, but Ive been battling that nasty cold, which decided to move to my chest. Im still alive though. ~ Lets do a little recap of the weekend. College football: Alabama looked more like Alabama this weekend. Tennessee and Kentucky combined for a whopping total of 6 points. And Im still confused how this playoff selection works. The NFL: The Giants gave the Cowboys a whole half of competition...more than they gave Philadelphia. Aaron Rodgers delivered a beautiful game. Have you noticed a lot of close games and overtimes this year? Theres even been a tie! No particular point, I just noticed. ~ I dont understand Peyton haters! Even if I wasnt from Tennessee, I would like him. Even if you take away his awesomeness as a quarterback, he represents the game, himself, and his family with grace and style. In an era of thuggish behavior by our childrens role models, it is encouraging to see. Of course, you cant take away his awesomeness! I wanted to call him a surgeon as he cut the 49ers defense into concise pieces. Okay, okay, enough ogling over the quarterback master. Congratulations Peyton!
