Good morning my good people, for the benefit of those who have - TopicsExpress

Good morning my good people, for the benefit of those who have been privately messaging and inquiring about the legitimacy of the September 1st event in New York. I just want to confirm that it is real and all the artists listed on the flyer have been confirmed and will be there. The event is being held to assist with my continuous and mounting medical expenses and it is the initiative of some genuine friends who believes I deserve the opportunity to live as quality a life as possible. I have never been one to complain about much of anything and the reason why to some of you "I still look good" is simply because I have accepted ALL of my challenges and I have made tremendous sacrifices to take great care of myself. Most importantly I have never stopped living. As a dialysis patient, everyday there are new and different struggles but I face them head on, little by little one day at a time, with great courage, strength and faith, forever steadfast in my belief that tomorrow will be better. Thanks to all of the artists, Biggie Irie, Michael Mercer, Mighty Gabby, Red Plastic Bag, Anderson Armstrong, Alison Hinds, John Roett and Andy Hewitt and the Technic band for their generous offer of assistance to this worthwhile venture. I am hearing that more local artists are offering to perform and I thank them as well in advance. A special thanks to the Lodge Scholars alumni and association for your support in other areas as well. So YES, the event is real and I am being prepared for a kidney transplant which will occur once I have found a successfully matching donor. Have a great day everybody and share a smile or some love today.
