Good morning, my wonderful friends. Stan here, reporting for service... Recently, I had the opportunity of experiencing first hand and listening to a man whom many would dismiss and quickly say, He has lost his mind. He had it all; a graduate degree in chemistry from Georgia Tech; an MBA; and a successful financial planner. At an early age, his well intentioned parents, wanted him to learn to play the piano. One day, while doing his morning devotional, he heard music from every line he was reading. Beautiful music, inspired music unlike anything he had ever heard. He would go to the piano and begin to play as the music began to flow. Fourteen years ago, he left his lucrative world of financial security and answered the call, the passion of the rhythm of the sounds he hears and feels in reading the Bible. By being obedient and saying Yes to this calling, his music is soothing the souls of millions of cancer patients, children, and savage souls looking for a moment of peaceful existence. He is making a difference. We all have unique gifts. Its one thing to have potential...the magic is potential realized. This requires passion and work...day in and day out. What if this gifted man had said No? Each of us has a voice, skills, potential, a song to sing, a song to play, a race to run, a story to tell today. The world is waiting, watching, and listening...play your music. Can you hear me? Am I speaking loud enough?
