Good morning on this rather wet Saturday! Weather is lovely one day, awful the next at the moment. Yesterday was back to it, getting ahead as much as possible for the SOR Networking breakfast on Monday & nibbles for Pontyclun Business Club on Wednesday: 2 small sun-dried tomato & cheese wreaths 2 small cinnamon, apricot & pecan wreaths 2 fruit loaves 2 French sticks 8 seeded rolls & 1 seeded loaf Granola Batch of butter biscuits Just need to make muffins for Monday & bacon & sausages for the rolls & French sticks. No customer cooking today, but will do doing a massive online shop later as have a lot of cooking from Monday onwards. The Christmas break has given me an opportunity to catch up on some of those little jobs I just never had time to do before, like sort out all my labels & slot them into files with PVC pockets. Little jobs that make life easier in the long term. I havent really made any resolutions this year - how about you? Yesterdays posts: 1. Article on the new science house to safeguard our supply of chocolate; 2. Article on how Jamie Oliver is championing wonky fruit & veg. Wonder if hell be anymore successful than those who have tried before as this is certainly nothing new. Well, Im off to watch James while having a late brekkie - have a good Saturday & try & dodge the rain.
