Good morning relatives! I would to talk for a moment about our economic development in our community. I know in the past it has been hard to establish ourselves but today with many who are educated, funding that has been worked hard for and our prosperity with our casino things are heading in a good direction. However we still have many that go without because of limited jobs or low income assistance. From a business stand.point we need to boost our economy by creating more jobs. Sovereignty as a whole means working hard to gain self sufficiency in each family. It is going to take an act of God to team up our best business minded people in our tribe to carry us into the future in a good way. So keep that in mind when you vote this election. We need visionary leaders and go getters on the front line working hard for our people so our cycle breaks with poverty. Miigwetch
