Good morning to everyone! Hope your week starts off good. Just flew back home yesterday from Hawaii. I will be back online praying along with Frank and Janis for all of you. I know everyone on this page has problems, sickness, disappointments, loss, pain an the list could go on and on. But we all need remember that we do not face this problems by ourselves. God is always with us! As you pray ask God for His guidance and instruction. Pray for His will. There have been several times in my life that I prayed but I still prayed for the way I wanted God to answer my prayer. It does not work that way. God already that the plan laid out for our lives. One time that comes into my mind was when my Mom was very sick. She had surgery on Christmas day and was in really bad shape. They found colon cancer and it with her health and many other factors they could not do anything for her. They took the tumor out but that was all they did. We knew she did not have long but the human said did not want to let go. Everyday I prayed Lord just let her come home one more time. I told Him that everyday all day long. We would go to stay with her and I could see her going down hill quickly. New Years eve I was with her by myself. Harry and the girls had gone home because it was late. I wanted to stay and I talked to Mother and said everything I could to be sure she knew how I felt about her. I told her it was very raining and was very cold. Told her that the next day that we would wake up to a new year! Stayed very late and on the way home my prayer changed. I told the Lord that if He was waiting on me that I was ready. I knew in my heart she could not come home. I finally prayed the prayer for His will to be done not mine. The next morning my sister got up to ICU early and she called and told us to get to the hospital. My Mother went home to be with her Lord at 11:00 a.m. I know in my heart that the Lord was waiting on me to let go and to pray for His will. I am telling all of this for you to know that God cares about His people. Even when His will and ours are not the same sometimes. He is still in control and gives us the comfort and strength we need to go through everything we face in this life. God bless each one of you and pray for Gods will in your life.
