Good morning to my FAB FBers ... Its not good idea to use other person against you because of their bad experiences with another person. When I found out that this person told my friend that she has a scar with other person who exploited her and she is scared that I would be like this person who exploited her. Thats when I decided not to be her friend or work with her. I must say shes toxic even though she may be a victim of another person who exploited her. People who chose to stay as victims are toxic.. Healthy people would not remain as victims after bad experiences. They would move up from a victim to a survivor and then a survivor to a thriver. Its not fair to me that Im being stereotyped to her friend who exploited her. I didnt do anything wrong. I simply created an opportunity for us to be friends and our careers to blossom due to our common interests. Whats more, she didnt share her concern with me instead of this, she misled me that she would contact me this month then talked to my friend behind my back. My friend was like give her a chance. Shes cool.. Shes a true friend. This person needs to close the chapter and create a new chapter. Its like relationships. U cannot use ur ex against ur new girlfriend or boyfriend or it would turn into unhealthy relationship. Its sad that she lost this great opportunity just because she had a bad experience with one person. Everyone experiences toxic people in their lives and its not end of the world. We learn, let it go, and move on. Dont hold it in and use this person that u had a bad experience against new people every time especially for those who may give u an opportunity to flourish a great friendship or career.
