Good morning to you all! Has the Monday blues hit you already? Are you up for something fun during the week? We have good news for you as from tomorrow Tuesday and for the next 5 weeks at the Aerobics class, Katherine will be working on the DIRTY DANCING routine: a really fun routine using only songs from the Dirty Dancing movie and incorporating some of the moves too. Dont worry, she wont be attempting the big lift...well, not in Week 1 anyway! We hope to see you there! :D
