Good morning world and the bank holiday weekend starts we are off to Coventry to see Aaron and Tamara i am just thankful that i am not driving the swelling on my foot has gone down a bit but the pain has increased so a big thank you to Toby who will do the driving Enjoy this bank holiday friends have fun and be happy I have been up since 4 O,Clock still having trouble sleeping and the dark thoughts try very hard to invade my head i the mornings. Every time i think i have beaten this it finds a way to come back and whack me round the head again but i am not alone i have friends some Christian some not who are also on this roller coaster way of a life i am lucky for i do know what the trigger is that sends me in a downward spiral i just have to be on my guard against it the good news is that when you are at the bottom the only way is up Lord bless my family and friends today throw your arms of protection around us and bring peace to troubled minds
