Good morrow fit family, one of the top if not the top things everyone struggles with when trying to stay fit and healthy is what to eat!??!! Most people think chicken and spinach, more chicken more spinach, tilapia spinach and so they drive themselves crazy with the lack of flavor and variety! Well Ive got a little recipe for you, just made it up this morning and the funny thing is I made this video before I ate it so I had no clue but I must say it was fannnnnnntastic!!! Heres the recipe: 1 pan, 1 sweet potato, 1lb ground turkey, 1/2 can black beans, 1 1/2 cup Pre-cooked brown and wild rice, garlic pepper, 2tbsp sweet heat hot sauce, 2tbsp sundried tomato ketchup. Now this is the bulk of it, it will give you about 3-4 servings, so with one serving I also made 3 over easy eggs to add on top. Watch the video to figure out how to cook it and enjoy!
