Good move, but, dealing with it on a case by case basis wont due. Need stiff penalties... and NOT just by and from NASCAR. Make it so... across the board... across America and the world... all tracks... all divisions... If a driver has been crashed, or, a racin deal has taken place and the angry driver is angry its usually because he/shes done for the night/remainder so to say...cars wrecked, so, now theres nothing to lose if sanctioning bodies dont decide to make these penalties and carry over these penalties. For instance: If you get mad and get out and approach the moving field ON TRACK...YOURE DONE...THE FOLLOWING WEEK, OR, RACE. Later, in the pits...game on if youre still fired up, BUT, NOT ON TRACK, or, YOU WILL SIT OUT NEXT RACE. PERIOD. This deal is already being half-assed. Cmon, sanctioning bodies. Get tough. Grow a pair. An up and coming young Man is dead. Not the first by far, but, lets try harder to make Him the last. Also, a brilliant driver who knows nothing else but Motorsports and has given and given and given to the sport, charities and the grass roots divisions He came up in...His career, His life as he knows it is in complete and total jeopardy due to this tragedy. Getting over what transpired is hard enough on a Human and who knows if that alone would have ever left Tony Stewart the same person, or, racer. But the vile assault from media and haters that know NOTHING about ANYTHING is something He may never overcome. Tony has temper. NEWSFLASH! So has nearly every other great race car driver, business mogeul, miltary general, CEO, Chef, etc., etc., etc. Everybody know how many people his hero, AJ Foyt, yelled at, pushed, fought? A lot. Dale, Sr.? Rusty Wallace? Darrel Waltrip? Hell, I could name hundreds of Racers alone. Dont even get me started on other professions, fields, occupations, sports, etc. But, right now...it seems to be ONLY TONY STEWART that has ever had a temper on the race track. LMMFAO!!! Crackers, please! Ive personally witnessed four racing fatalities in my life around race cars. No one was ever been accused of murder and the circumstances were different and unique every time. This whole deal is just ugly and Im not referring to the accident. Im referring to the public! A Young Soul lost and a talented Mans livelihood on the fence by emotion first, but, mainly by public opinion. Puck the Fublic! Its just sad...all around. nascar/en_us/news-media/articles/2014/8/15/robin-pemberton-nascar-incident-rule-change.html
