Good news and Bad news! Firstly the bad news: comic prices are going up in October. We may have to put prices up by 50c or so. Please be assured that this is not a profit making scheme (not on our behalf anyway!). These are not across the board and many independent books are not going to be affected in the short term. Many DC books are going up during Villains month in September. It seems pricing will become more confusing for both retailer and customer for a while. If you have any questions about what titles are affected then please let me know. Secondly the good news is that we have had a shipment of comic peripherals come in. We now have a selection of long and short boxes as well as more extra current sized boxes and boards. Big boxes are $24.95 (3-400 capacity before bagging and boarding), short are $19.95 (and more convenient for shelving in most cases but will often only store up to 200 before bagging and boarding). As a general rule of thumb bagging and boarding reduces capacity by 15 spaces every 100 or so. A bag of 100 boards costs $29.95 and 100 bags (resealable and acid free) are $19.95. We also have regular bags for $9.95 for 100.
