Good news/bad news!!! The bad news....trying to choose just 21 people for the August 21 day challenge has been a nightmare :( I have stressed and stressed and chosen and re chosen and Im sure I have more grey hairs for it. The good news....I cant decide so Im changing the format and YOURE ALL IN!!!! So as long as you commented on a 21 day challenge post AND have registered for the August deal, then Ill see you at 7.30 EVERY TUESDAY IN AUGUST!!!! The location for this weeks first meeting will be on here on Monday, and youll all get info before then as to what is involved. I need to hire a larger hall to fit you in, and its going to be a lot of work for me to REALLY encourage you to commit to it so please dont let me down. Lets start making the changes that can genuinely change your habits forever
