Good news is that I am healing. Still out of work another month with PT. Still no lifting. Follow up in a month after PT evaluation. MRI showed several osteophytes (bone spurs) on vertebrae as well as degenerative issues and arthritis. Good news is that my spinal cord is healthy & intact w/o any nicks or bone fragments floating around. The MRI doesnt give any explanation for the syncope or dizziness. Dr opinion is symptomatic of Vertigo, but not 100%. Has put me on a 21 day course of a vertigo medicine to see if dizziness and black outs go away. Because PT is progressing well, its been advised I continue (in agreement with therapist evaluation)
