Good news! to International Students Brothers and Sisters.. I received many enquiries regarding Myki concession card..so please rest well now because our Victoria university is confirmed participating in this scheme as you can see from the link provided. The scheme will be trialled for three years, and will be made available to international students enrolled in and studying either a full-time undergraduate course or a higher VET course with VU. The discounted myki passes will then be valid for a period of 365 days after activation and will include all metropolitan travel areas, as well as within regional areas. Discounted tickets will not be transferable. How cool is that? :-) However, those who entitle for this scheme should wait no more. You can find the application online or go to Student Service Center and simply apply. Now we do hope in future soon. The concession card will be offer to International Postgraduate students as well.
