Good piece of advice I heard today and decided to share with you- it takes Skilled ppl years to design and build mouments but Unskilled ppl can tear it down in a matter of hours. When geese migrate, the stronger 1s are the 1s at the start of the line and the weakest in the middle, this position changes often during the flight because the stronger uphold the weaker as to make it to the finish- next time you want to tear down someone, think what they had to do to get to where they are, also make sure your not in a position that could change....
