We have been under 5% interest since late 2009. You know the last time that happened? NEVER. So seriously people, Gen Y, Millennials, or whoever you are waiting out this market, money is cheap! Listen, 4.1% is still way less than half the historical average of 8.9%. What are you waiting for? So go buy a house already before rates goes up!
