Good rainy Sat evening! Rain total so far is 1.11 A warm front is moving north across the area this afternoon. A cold front will move through by noon Sunday. We will continue with off an on rain until this front moves through. It will turn cooler Sunday afternoon into Thursday. Partly cloudy Monday with lows in the around 50°. Highs will be around 59°. Cooler Tuesday with lows around 43° and highs near 59°. Cooler Wednesday with lows near 38° and highs around 55°. Lows Thursday around 40° and highs around 59°. Partly cloudy to sunny through Wednesday. Showers and some areas of heavy rain continue to move across the area this evening. Many spots will see cloudy skies with some light drizzle through the evening... but a few thunderstorms with heavier rain will stream across portions of the Coast. Some scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will continue overnight into early Sunday morning. Sunday looks like it will be the drier of the two weekend days, but showers and a couple of thunderstorms will likely still be in the area. With lots of moisture available in our atmosphere, rain totals of 2-3 will be possible, and a few isolated areas could get near 4-5. That amount of rain could lead to some street or stream flooding. Temperatures will stay mild with Sun morning low around 65° and high around 70°, thanks to a warm front working its way north. The system will finally start to leave us Sunday night, as a cold front heads our way. Monday will start off cooler near 50°. Clouds will stick around through most of the day, and highs will only climb to near 59°. Cooler air and clearer weather returns Tuesday and Wednesday. New Years Eve evening will be cloudy and chilly in the 40s with a slight chance for a shower. New Years Day will bring a chance for some scattered showers. Tonight: Showers and possibly a thunderstorm. Some of the storms could produce heavy rain. Low around 65°. South wind 10 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%.
