Good read, I will add a few thoughts for consideration... That depends...The take away from this, in my humble opinion is that CrossFit is still in its infancy and training protocols and athletes will improve over the years. Rest assured though, the things that will never change are the NEED for strength, which we KNOW how to train for, the NEED for mobility which we know how to train for, the NEED for conditioning, which we KNOW how to train for, and the NEED for technical superiority, which we KNOW how to train for. The magic will always be, in the mix. and at its apex, individualized based on ability, determination and of course genetics.
