Good review of Dr. Gregory Finkelsons Book “How to Find Chinese Investors, Agents & Clients for Your EB-5 Projects & Services. A Practical Guide for Regional Centers, Attorneys, Developers and Businessmen” by Victor Magar. In construction, you go where the work is. Lately there ain’t been much work anywhere. I suppose that’s not entirely true. There is enough work to be done. There just doesn’t seem to be enough money to get ‘r done. The American infrastructure has become as obsolete as the two dollar bill, but financing seems to be just as out of circulation. A while back I discovered a secret to digging out of this hole. I read How to Find Clients & Agents in China for Your EB-5 Programs and Services by Dr. Gregory Finkelson. Now I’m checking out China. There are people there who want to come to America by something called EB-5. It’s a government programs to attract investments by offering immigration to the investors. I’ve checked it out.
