Good therapy session! Damn left knee is not working like it should. Changes in the weather I can feel, but that does not stop me! Onward and whatever! Three 1/2 minutes is all I could do on the tread mill. I just could not push another mintue or so out of me! Yes, I drove through the flood & debris strewn streets of Kearns to the therapy office. What a mess! No light outages, though! Went to the mini farmers market on 4100 south and got tomatoes and cukes to last a day or two! Had a good chat with Carol Marshing==she was out in her yard as I drove by. She looks so good. She made mention that I had lost a ton more weight! Yes, I have. But it is all good, I think. Except, nothing fits anymore. Well, I did find one pair of levies that were hidden that fit. Even the clothes I bought the other day are up for grabs! LOL.
