My hope is that your finger is far away from the delete button. The biggest reality behind the weight loss is that per·se·ver·ance paid off. At first, this felt like a life sentence. There was a great deal of agony getting through yet another day. I wanted this to end- I understand all too well. But something happened to me along this path and it was amazing. The difficult days slow-ly dwindled and were replaced with another thought. A Life Sentence can be a beautiful thing. Not there right now? Re-lax- its all okay.. Didnt say which morning its gonna show up Keep on going and have a Great Monday !
