Good times this morning at the Operation Jack Marathon. It was full of good people raising money for a good cause. Thank you to Sam Felsenfeld for bringing us all together and thank you to all the race volunteers and runners. Even though I know she wont see this Special thank you also goes out to Sarah for making my beautiful award. ( See pic) Until this morning I didnt really know how far I was gonna run, if I was going out for a jog or going out to race. I ended up doing the half and decided to just find a comfortable pace that was easy on the body and see if I could stroll in with a1:30 finish. My time is either 1:22 or 1:24 Im not sure. I got third place overall in the half marathon running with a smile and feeling good. As soon as I was done I ran to my car grabbed my camera and got back on the course to cheer people on and give out some high fives. I ran a little bit with the race director my friend Jake Rome before running back to the last mile and a half with my dirtbag runner friends Jack Rosenfeld and Crista Anna Scott where we had some celebratory Stone ale.
