Good to see. Abuse to apprentices is very common, and sadly, that apprentice usually goes on to do the same thing once s/he is in charge. Nice to see changes being made, as it does start at the top. Ive been fairly lucky but I have endured a lot of hurdles. Ive been called many derogatory names and even had knives thrown at me. Im usually pretty good at standing up for myself (except to the knife thrower- I packed my knives and left) but Im hoping this problem resolves with younger generations.
