Good week for castlemartin belties, Four heifers sold....and whats even better we have two new belted Galloway breeders in Ireland. All our beltie cows have calved and are all back with bull and hopefully back in calf....Scanning next week so fingers crossed. Great day to be alive and working on the farm. Silage in the pit.... excellent crop. Some bales to wrap tmro. Fertilizer going out tmro on hay fields that were made two weeks ago.....drop of rain on Friday to wash it in and grow more grass.... what a difference a year makes. Enjoy it while we can
