Good weekend to get offshore for some diving. The oil rigs nearshore were still suffering the conditions brought on by the storm surge late last week. San Clemente Island had temperatures in the 70s and mid 60s depending on depth with great visibility in blue water. We were diving without hoods, gloves or undergarments for our drysuits. Felt like cave diving :-) Farnsworth bank was beautifully clear at nearly 200fsw to the surface but much colder. Looks like the storm conditions have blown out and the fall diving can begin.
