Good workout..good snowy mountain hike with pooch..funny my playlist for working out helps so much more..switching genres of music..so i start with jazz, move to classic, slow rock, rock, punk rock, alternative, death metal, then move to rap underground, rap mainstream, r&b, soul, blues, techno, drum n bass, chillstep,,dubstep..to liquid..then because my family jams it..throw lil country on..then keep switching for different motivations..helps so much.
