YOUR QUICK PROPHETIC WORD: Now after the death of Moses the servant of the LORD, it came to pass, that the LORD spake unto Joshua the son of Nun, Moses minister, saying, Moses my servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, thou and all this people, unto the land which I do give them, even the children of Israel. {Joshua 1:1-2 KJV} FACE THE FUTURE WITH HOPE: Like Joshua, you may have lost your boss: a leader, a mentor, a man of courage, a prophet of the Living God and the light bearer for your life and future. Or you may have lost a good friend, a partner, one that encourages you and gives you hope in life. You may have lost a parent or two on whom you have depended for strength, courage and direction. You may be mourning a godly guardian, brother or friend who has proven to be a truly God sent gift to your life. At a time like this, your loss becomes so devastating that you dont know from where to start life again or in which direction to move. You have lost hope completely as you seem to have no dependable source of inspiration and guidance; and provisions for physical and spiritual sustenance have become a major challenge. The future clearly looks bleak with every passing day. You are to remember, however, that your Father in heaven will never leave you alone. Like the Lord raised and anointed Joshua to carry on in the place of Moses, so shall he bring a very suitable and dependable substitute into your life. This prophetic word is for you: go ahead and face the future with hope. Any intimidating obstacles standing before you shall be dismantled, and the Lord GOD will make a way for you even where there seems to be no way. Disregard your past losses and be prepared to surmount the mountains before you. As you take calculated steps towards your recovery and progress in life, the LORD will go ahead of you, to make a way for you. He will grant you the necessary courage, wisdom, strength and perseverance to attain the heights planned for you, and you will safely arrive at your destination. The Lord will raise good helpers for you in large numbers, and will assure you of good success like He did for Joshua. Youll will not start and end at the middle of the road by reason of your losses. As Joshua, the Son of Nun, successfully led the children of Israel to the Promised Land, so also will you fulfill the will of God for your life. You will get there safely and successfully too, in the Mighty name of Jesus.
