Goodbye, Glinda: Glinda is hit with her own spell and lays on her death bed, Boq is heartbroken. He knows he has to say goodbye but he doesnt know the correct way to say it. Just... She pauses her coughing disrupting her ability to speak Just, please...stop this. She whispers, her pale hand motioning to Boqs tear-ridden eyes before reaching down to clasp Boqs shaking one, she gives it the lightest of squeezes and smiles, Boq doesnt smile back though, he allows more tears to trickle down his face, his eyes were red and sunken into his face, the days of staying up late beside her had taken a toll on his physical and his mental well being. Glinda couldnt cry anymore, she was to weak to be able to summon tears she could however smile, not that it would do Boq any good Glinda...who... Boq paused again, his throat closing up once more as another choked sob threatened to escape his mouth. Glinda noticed this and squeezed his hand tighter, summoning all of her strength she had so that she could calm her Boq down Me and my spells... She smiled sadly, coughing more violently than the first time, Boqs eyes widened as he watched her coughing fit I-...I cant bring myself to say it. He mumbled, his fingers lacing with hers and a small but saddened sniffle I-I...I...guess. He stumbled upon his words, it was like he was meeting her for the first time again. Glindas eyes flickered from open to shut and then back to open, Boq knew that he had mere moments until she was gone I..Im sorry...and Elphaba would be so-so proud of you..and... He paused and watched as a small smile danced about her pale face And....you will always be my Glinda Boq watched as she opened her eyes and looked at him, then up at the ceiling and then....he watched as they stopped moving altogether, the shine leaving her perfect eyes and he knew she was gone, Boq felt her hand go limp and sniffed placing it gently onto her chest, he placed two kisses on her cheeks one for each cheek and simply stared at her Goodbye, Glinda. He whispered after a while of total silence.
