Goodbye Jobing Arena. Its a happy and bittersweet day. I didn’t realize all the implications of doing an Arena naming rights deal in 2006, but our goal was to build our brand and look like a “really big” company in our hometown. It was a big bet and big move for our little company, and it was an amazing experience. Incredible memories from pushing the button on the name change with Wayne Gretzky and the entire Jobing team, to the final concert this weekend with Justin Timberlake. So many great nights of family, friends, and clients. But the purpose was always to get our name in the community and ensure that everyone in town knew we were the place to come for Arizona jobs - and that was more important than any of the fun that went along with it. I’ll miss the hockey and the concerts, but we’ve been open and hopeful for this transition for years. Naming rights deals are big brand builders no doubt, but I’m more than excited to be able to focus our organization on the future and align our resources with our growing software division. Now, what the heck do I do with these signs??? recruiting/press-releases/jobing-com-supports-new-arena-naming-rights-partner/
