Goodmorning Fitlifers:) just wanted to touch base with Nutrition this morning. Affect of Sugar in our daily lives. Having lots of sugar will lead to weaker immune system and it will also contribute to weight gain and will put your body into stress and will lead to diabetes. Look at what you buying for your daily use because we eat what we bought. If u dont have them then we wont eat it. Make small change. You have seen and know now how many tsp of sugar in a 1.5litre 600mls and a can of softdrink. Make that change into water. Take sugar out of your coffee and tea also. Not only for us but our kids and family. Am sure you wont look at softdrinks the same now aye:) and thank u for bringing back my sugar lol. They are only for advice:) purpose. Keep on keeping on. Bring on Testing Friday and all rock n roll on tomorrow my family in Mangere♡
