Goodmorning yall, It has been an amazing weekend.. The good folks of East Texas never fail to show us love and support.. You guys are the greatest friends an old guitar picker could ever ask for.. I Thank the good Lord for the blessing of having yall in my life.. It was so good to see everyone, hug some necks and shake some hands.. The crowds participation was over the top for me.. Even the Lannie Flowers Band commented on what a warm welcome they received..And BTW Lannie and the boys Rocked it last night.. Thank you gentlemen for coming down and being a part of this special homecoming.. It was an honor..After the show we ended up closing Leons Steakhouse down.. Yummy! A giant Thank you to everyone who worked hard all day to make this event a reality.. Carla Dacus and her son on sound and lights,Mark Collins and his team for capturing this show in HD.. Mark Garrett and both his boys and Marcus Smith for shuffling gear in and out..Timothy Thomas for keeping AFB on task at all times, Karen and Denise for keeping the merch moving.. Mike Johnson on Follow spot.. All the Moms crowd who came, Glenn Evans, Josie Neal, Lannie Flowers Music, the most excellent Terry Miller for hosting the show.. My best brother Monte Robertson for putting us up for the weekend.Our good friend Jim King for some awesome pics..Our record label for believing in us.. Ken Chinn and Rick Howell for sponsorship and asking us to perform at the first T-Bone Walker Blues Festival in Longview. this coming September.. And last but not least...
