Goodness! Im just in tears, but tears of excitement and happiness and of just being amazed at Gods goodness at yet another opportunity that seemed crazy but God has opened a door for it! So exciting!! If you havent ever dared to believe for the impossible, to trust Him when things seem to be falling apart, to believe and have hope even when its scary, I pray that you get that chance, because the results, seeing Him come through for you, seeing His faithfulness and the way He works ALL things to your good, the way He can open doors that just seem crazy and make things fall together so easily in situations that you couldnt have made happen on your own no matter how hard you tried, it is just breathtaking. Take that leap of faith, as He leads, even when youre terrified. Trust Him! Hell blow your mind! It causes you to fall so much deeper in love with Him! It deepens your faith and trust. It is SO absolutely worth every tear and amount of pain that you had to push through and give to Him in the hardest times to prepare you for what lies ahead! So stop playing it safe! Stop allowing the lies of the enemy to keep you from pressing forward in faith toward what God has for you and for others through you being His willing, yielded vessel. Remember, its not golden vessels Hes after, but WILLING, yielded vessels. Hell handle the rest! If youre feeling broken thats actually a GREAT place to be in, because God is strongest when we are weak. When we stop resisting, stop pretending to have it figured out, and just give it ALL to Him, when we ask Him to take control and we actually FOLLOW in obedience, beautiful things happen! He mends and heals like no other and brings beauty from our ashes, but we have to let them go and hand it over to Him!! If youre feeling too scared or self-conscious to step out into what God has gifted you in, if youre not wanting the attention, you know what? God can use that too because HE is the one who deserves the glory anyway, not us, and Hes looking for those who will give Him all the glory instead of taking credit themselves. Just realize that in NOT stepping out and allowing Him to use you and your giftings for His glory, its saying that how He made you isnt good enough. Its choosing to exalt fear and insecurity rather than choosing to glorify God. So make the choice to choose to glorify HIM the next chance you have to put those giftings to use! If youve had people tear you down and tell you horrible things, just watch God turn it around! Ask Him to! Ask Him to show you truth! Build yourself up in His Word and in time with Him. Let HIM be the deciding factor on your worth and what youre capable of and what Hes called you to do! I remember being told how stupid it was that I bothered talking about God, on Facebook specifically. How nobody cared what I had to say and how it would never make a difference, how it was a waste of my time, etc. And now I regularly see God work SO much through Facebook and through having a blog where people intentionally subscribe to see what I have to say. He DOES use it! God cares about the hurtful things people have said and done to you and wants to redeem it! The devil is a liar (and speaks through many people and things) and fear is not of God. Dig into His Word. Ask Him to show you the talents He placed inside of you and to help you to walk in the purpose He created you to walk in! Hell do it! We just listen and obey. Its really simple! Its not always easy, but its simple and its worth it! :)
